I felt it easier to communicate with each other via
a blog where we can all comment/add ideas and other
pertinent info. If we find this does not work easily
we can try another route.
As per our meeting last week and per my notes:
March 12 for the Roast Beef Dinner has been confirmed with Judy.
Robin M. will make tickets, 140 count
$10.00 for adults, children under 10 yrs. $5.00
Menu - roast beef, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, green beans,
homemade rolls, desserts, drinks, coffee
It was decided to have one sitting @ 6:00 p.m.
Take outs will be made available
Robin M. will have a video set up for viewing.
Silent auction is not permitted.
We need to set up donation cans for mileage/stoves/VBS supplies/H20
Church Directory Dates
Friday March 18 starting @ 4:00 p.m. at the studio
Saturday March 19 starting @ 9:00 a.m. at the studio
Saturday April 9 starting @ 9:00 a.m. at the studi0
Last chance Friday April 22 @ 4:00 at the studio
Saturday April 23 @ 9:00 at the studio
Robin D. will get membership list from Judy and begin calling
folks to try to schedule them.
We need to set up dates and times to take the choir, bells, chime bars
pics.
Also we need to come up with a list of those who attend church regularly
but are not members to include them as they will not be on the
membership list.
Car Wash at Dennison Bros. is tentatively scheduled for Saturday April 30
from 9-12, weather permitting of course.
Rain date is Saturday May 7 same bat time, same bat channel.
Please post any changes or corrections you may have and feel free to
add updates as needed or progress on any of the projects.
